Do you offer promotional codes?

Yes, we offer discounts every now and again. Be sure to subscribe to our newsletter to be the first to know and to receive subscriber-only discounts. 

 

Where are your products made? 

We put a lot of thought into sourcing our suppliers and all products currently available are made in the UK. All paper goods, including art prints and greeting cards, are printed locally to Holly's home town. All giftware is manufactured in the UK. We are proud to support local and British businesses. 

 

Why do your cards and art prints come unwrapped? 

As part of our ongoing commitment to the environment, we avoid single-use plastic wherever possible. Unwrapped cards are becoming standard in British shops and we are fully in support of sustainable packaging. You can read our full ethics and sustainability policy here. 

 

Do you offer returns and refunds? 

We are happy to offer returns or refunds for any item that arrives faulty or damaged in any way, as long as you contact us within 30 days of the item being ordered. At this time, we do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind about an order because we are a small business and several of our items are manufactured especially to order. What is your privacy policy? 

We take privacy very seriously and abide by UK GDPR guidelines. Customer data is only used to fulfil orders and to mail out our newsletter (if a customer is a subscriber). Data is never shared or sold on under any circumstances. You can read our full privacy policy here.
