Returnand Refunds

If an item arrives damaged or faulty. 

We will offer returns and refunds for any item that arrives damaged in any way, as long as you contact us within 30 days of placing your order. If you would like to discuss a faulty item after the 30 days are up, we are more than happy to have a conversation and work out a way forward that is agreeable to both our small business and you as our customer. If you change your mind about an order.

If you place an order and afterwards decide that you would like to return it because you no longer want it, we cannot guarantee that you will receive a refund. This is simply because we are a small business and many of our items are made to order. However, you can get in touch with Holly directly and she will do her utmost to find a solution that is agreeable to you and fair to her small business. Wear and tear issues.

If an item becomes faulty over time, please get in touch with us and we will see what we can arrange. We cannot replace items due to normal wear and tear, but if an item becomes faulty or unusable far sooner than expected, we will definitely work with you to come to an arrangement that is fair to both parties. You can either fill out the form on this page or email Holly directly.
